Another photo kit bargin

I am always on the hunt for a photo kit bargin, and in the past have picked up a couple of items that have become part  of my everyday photo equipment, a Canon Powershot G10,  Canon Powershot G12 and an Olympus SP800-UZ.
A few weeks ago I added yet another bargin to the camera bag,this time a Canon 220 EX Speedlight, complete with case in absolutely pristine condition for the princely sum of £34.99. OK, so it was not the top of the Speedlight range, in fact it was the entry level flashgun, discontinued a couple of years ago, but the new model, the 270 EX is no better and retails today at around £130.
Flash photography with a digital camera has not been one of my strengths, but maybe I will venture into it a little more now that I have a flash that can provide a better fill flash than the built in flash on my G10 & G12.
