Now I just cannot get my head around this one.
At my old home the council encouraged me to recycle all plastic bottles.
At my new home, less than half a mile away as the crow flies, its plastic milk bottles ONLY with NO CAPS.
Two different local authorities......Two different policies. Only one encourages recycling.
Which one?
